How it works
Stacked facilities are expensive and hard to manage. We take the existing debt out entirely, settle each lender direct, and replace it with one facility and one repayment.
We do full payouts only. We will not sit behind another lender on a partial refinance, because a half-cleaned position rarely helps the business.
